Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled session time will be charged $85 late cancellation fee.

Letter Writing

Out-of-pocket cost outside of session

$50/hour for administrative writing time

If your provider is not listed, or insurance is not up-to-date, sessions will be billed as self-pay
